It's time for adventure cycling in Somerset County, PA on the Great Allegheny Passage!
The Great Allegheny Passage now provides outdoor enthusiasts with over 131 continuous miles of trail from McKeesport, PA, to the terminus of the C&O Canal Trail which continues along the Potomac River and on to Washington, DC.
Forty-two miles of trail course through southern Somerset County, offering hikers
and bikers a pristine woodland experience. Enjoy spectacular vistas from bridges
and viaducts high above tumbling mountain streams. Pass through the 3300-foot Big
Savage Tunnel, the dramatic gateway to the Mason Dixon Line and Maryland.
